John,
It's easier to find stuff like this with a model number.
If it is a service bulletin, you should not let the customer see it. Some kind
of legal stuff comes into
play.

Subject: [TechAssist] Customer relations problem

Hi,

My dealer has a customer that is giving problems over the sparking that
occurs when the set is plugged in.

I thought Thomson had a service bulletin that explained this in
consumer-speak, but couldn't find it.

If anyone recalls the bulletin I'm thinking of,could you give me the
bulletin number?
