I entered a minimum bid for the Dick Smith ESR meter on EBAY and got it
assembled for 58.00 + shipping which was 9.00 I think. Took about three
weeks but was not in a hurry anyway. Read the info on ESR meters on Anatek
web site here http://www.anatekcorp.com/testequipment/esrcompar.htm and
you'll probably agree the Dick Smith unit is the best value.
