This set is fixed and gone,but for those that didn't see the Fix 
posted..........

the symptom(which is difficult to describe) was on RCA Jack inputs(all) and 
to a
lesser degree on Antenna input.But it was NOT there on S-Video,nor at the
Video output Jack on ANY input,which (not to my knowledge at the time)
meant the problems were in the Comb Filter Circuit.
the problem was caused by a Corroded Collector lead on Q502.It had a cap 
that I had
already replaced (C502) right next to it.It was one of the original 
100uF/16v caps I had replaced.
Anyway,that Leaking Cap had leaked onto Q502 and corroded it's collector 
lead...
