[TechAssist] 1990 Hitachi PTV model CU4601

This unit has some type of video 'interference' problem.
Both on tuner and the AV inputs.It's hard to describe.
Similar to a slight AGC overload problem.
I've replaced numerous 'leaky' caps on this AV/Video/Chroma board.
They are on other boards in here as well.Most of these
bad caps are Blue,100uF @ 16v.
Heat and chill doesn't help isolate the culprit(s).
Any tips on an old hitachi model CU4601K ???
Hitachi website didn't offer much help......
