[TechAssist] Re: 1 pound roll solder, what's the linear feet?

I am going to tax everything except a declined estimate fee from now 
on.I don't want their wrath whether right or wrong. I think a 100.00 
fine and a stern warning would have been proper.But, alas, not a perfect 
world.
