I have also occasionally received written complaints, mainly from older
pedestrians, about how uncomfortable it can be to walk / wait on tactile
paving.

Subject: [TCUG] Tactile paving [Scanned]

Hi All

Has anybody else had a problem with pedestrians claiming that tactile
paving causes them too much discomfort for them to be able to walk across
it. This is the first time we've had this complaint although the individual
tells us that it is a wide spread problem. Any thoughts?
