Jag,
Current offering is an ST900 ELV with Helios LEDs. Having not used this
controller and with previous issues on the Helios LED, I'm interested to
hear of other users experience of any of the ELV solutions before committing
to the first one.

As part of an pedestrian crossing refurbishment scheme, one contractor
has offered an ELV option. At a significant cost increase it must be
said. As this may provide a reduce risk under CDM I am considering
taking up the option. However before this goes to a final decision it
would be useful to canvass independent opinion from the "marketplace"
regarding the reliability and numbers of fully ELV sites in use.=20
If anyone has any experience with this option could you take a moment to
share it?
