The=20reasons=20given=20are=20a=20bit=20vague=20but=20there=20is=20a=20fee=

signals=20cause=20unnecessary=20delay=20when=20not=20too=20busy,=20but=20i=

with=20a=20general=20backlash=20against=20the=20proliferation=20of=20signa=

Obviously,=20the=20road=20markings,=20signs,=20visibility=20etc=20would=20=
have=20to=20be
