[TCUG] Nearside indicator read through

In response to David Keys requests for comments on the 'read through'
problem with nearside heads, we have certainly had a number of problems in
Nottingham. In order to eliminate the 'read through', the nearside heads
have been mounted at all sorts of angles. However, a number of sites still
remain unsatisfactory and I welcome the possible availability of these
louvres. I hope that the DfT do not take too long in assessing their
suitability as we would certainly wish to trial them at one or two sites in
Nottingham.
