We were instructed by our contracts people that as our revenue income only
increases in line with RPI any contracts financed from revenue can only be
linked to RPI - which does make things simple. Our actual contract wording
is "Adjustments ... shall be negotiated ... annually ... any adjustments
shall not exceed the average increase in the "All Items" Index of Retail
Prices during the previous calendar year."
