Not dropping. Just going into "no VW", "I'm pissed off", "I'm sulking",
"I've got other things to do", "I'm pissed off" (did I say that already?)
-- lurking mode. And, for me, "pissed off" is really too harsh a way to
describe it. I don't get mad, really.

Although it's going to be hard to go into lurk mode since I screwed up and
sent that email to the list instead of straight to Denis.

I need to start looking for a place to live. I think I've found some
property I like but I have to come up with the downpayment and it's just
land, it'll be a while before I can put up something to live in. So, I'm
looking at a motor home with a screwed up motor (it runs, but not well) and
nasty interior (rained in -- but they had replaced all the interior with
real wood and painted it with KILLZ and a topcoat before that happened so
cleanup should be just yanking the carpet and maybe replacing some
flooring). It's free so ...

I'll go to PsycoBlooie every year but the other things I've been doing for
the last 6 years are too "VW centered". Jerome and Havasu already hae a "no
non-VW in the camping area" policy and if the TX Classic keeps growing at
its current rate each year they're going to have to look into doing
something like that as well. If the Park hadn't agreed to give us the
primitive are for the whole weekend it would already have to be a rule. And
"truck camping" just doesn't cut it for things like T@TP. If the weather
turns out ugly I just get to sit in my driver's seat. No dry place to make
coffee or fix something to eat.

The bus not running -- so what, I just towed it, worked fine. Now it can't
be towed unless I trailer it and that's turning into a little too much of a
pain in the butt.
