Thanks for sharing those great stories.
My mom loves riding in my bus but she won't dare drive it.  She fears that I
would never forgive her if something were to happen to him but of course
she's wrong about that.  Someday soon, I'll get her behind the wheel.  Years
ago she had a Ghia and she loved it.  She drools a bit when we see a nice
one.  I'd love to get her one.  We had a Thing when I was a kid.  She really
did not dig it because, well, a Thing does not make a good family car when
it is winter in Connecticut.

I'm going to bring this to Mother's Day present.  My mom and I just returned
from a fun adventure with Donner.  We went to Houston to see the art cars.
 We walked down Memory Lane in Nassau Bay.  (We lived there for a year 30+
years ago.  My dad hated Texas so we left but the rest of us had fond
memories.)  And today we enjoyed Galveston!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend too.
