Thanks Neil I'll give it a go. Incidentally I do want to know the 02 settings
not that I actually said that. The 02 shop told me 202 is customer services at
02. Did I remember that correctly?

firstly directory enquiries 195 needs to be in your contacts as will customer
services and the balance line.
next, and this teaches me for not looking firstly. go to tools, then
utilities then in there look for voice mail box, in here enter the number 901
which is O2 voice mail.
now come out of that but staying in the utilities menu, go into speed
dialling, in here number one is automatically your voice mail so just right
arrow to number two, press select and assign from your contacts list, do this
for everything you want.

Hi
I want to be able to assign hot keys for the following on 02. Can anyone
tell me what to do. I want to assign key pad number 1 for answerphone to
collect messages, key no 2 for 195 directory key no 3 for finding out my
balance, key number 4 for top up and key number 5 for customer service at 02.
