Hello Eleanor,
You are not hearing all the contact name because Talks is reading what is
displayed. To solve this, go into Talks settings, move right to the
advanced tab sheet and cursor down to "full list items", which should be set
to yes. Now try the contact name again and you should hear all of it
spoken.
