You will find where to enter your expired SMA serial number as you navigate through the buy wizard from the my account section. It will say something like purchase more options. Thanks

Original message:
Hello,
Can you tell me how we provide our serial number to system access in my account? Is it where the instructions ask for my coupon number?

.
.Hi Ibrahim. Serotek are knocking off 200 notes for people who have Jaws or
.WE. So it would cost them $299 for the full works which includes the
.network. I think SA was really designed for people who wanted a easy to use
.Screen reader which didn't have thousands of commands and scripting
.facilities. I had used Jaws for years and I think SA is much more easier to
.use for tasks like filling in forms. Believe me I had tried many screen
.reading and magnification solutions while I was a Jaws user and nothing
.could steel my custom away from Jaws until I discovered SA last March in
.2008. Since then I've been a happy and satisfied customer. I could never of
.gone out to a public adult learning centre and carried out my qualifications
.without the aid of the U3 Key. I studied at a place where people didn't know
.a thing about screen readers. I think I educated them about screen readers
.in general and left them with some knowledge about SA and their free online
.screen reader which they can inform any up and coming VI student about
.should one turn up at their establishment.
