Thank you Ibrahim and those of you who replied to my email. It would definitely be nice if System Access had scripting capabilities and/or more customization options. I have been interested in learning Jaws scripting but just haven't gotten around to it yet. I will keep testing and evaluating System Access until my trial expires and then make a decision.
