Greetings Chanelle, The ALT+UP-ARROW "next sentence" problem is a bug and ticket 2989 has been opened on this issue. Great catch! Reading all punctuation issues are synthesizer specific. DEC-talk seems to be better at reporting punctuation more accurately. Call sales or support fore further answers to your other questions. Thanks
