Can the SWAG launch be predicted accurately you ask?
Can the clouds say to the moon, "Go away you silly thing?"
Or can the ground tell the grass, "Don't grow so much!! You tickle!"

My best guess is "soon", hehe. Chris might take a stab at a more definitive
date, but I'll just say that I'm pleased with the bug testing phase that we
are going through.
