Well, I tried sorta your suggestion:
Laptop -> DB9 RJ45 adapter -> CAT 5 Cable ->
DB9 RJ45 adapter -> DB9 Null Modem adapter -> Sun Blade 100
Still nothing. I'm thinking maybe I need to buy a Sun USB keyboard and plug
in a VGA monitor to see what is the matter is.
