[studiorecorder] Recording Issue

Hi I am having a problom recordin I can't record from the sound card
or in otherwards record the output. I recorded this way 2 days ago so
I am not sure what's up. I set it to inturnal microphone but its
recording the sounds of me typing and not the sound of Jaws and
anything that is coming out of my speaers. Any help would be great!
