You can create that list of nets for your bus by using the "Define
Lists..." feature under the "Setup" menu.... You can use wild cards to
add and remove groups of nets to build your list.

It sounds like you are using Cadence Allegro PCB SI. Why don't use PROBE
with list of nets to run a batch job on all the signals you interested
in?
You could also use the Cadence help site called sourcelink or contact
Cadence for help. There is also a specctraquest.com web site for users
that has lots of useful stuff.

HI there KEN,

Thanks.

Actually Im trying to simulate bus signal. I have already assigned IBIS
models (from maker) to components.
I have configured SET-UP ADvisor and simulate through probe, clicking
net then extracting them to sigexplorer then after changing settings I
then simulated. But this is just for one data signal. How will I be able
to simulate the bus signal all together?

regards,
RACE

RACE,

I'm not quite sure what you mean by batch simulations. Are you just
trying to launch simulations from the command line rather than the gui?
Or are you trying to run many corner cases without having to launch a
new simulation for each case?

I have found that the documentation cadence provides for SpecctraQuest,
now referred to as PCB SI, is really quite good. The hard part is
finding the appropriate document. Have you looked in the Simulation and
Analysis Reference Manual? If not you can find it in your Cadence
directory under \doc\simref.

If you clarify your question a bit I may be able to point you in the
right direction.

Hi there!

Good day!

Can anyone help us on how to do batch simulations on specctra quest?
Actually we are trying to simulate data and address bus by batch
simulation.

Any help is really appreciated.

THanks.

Best regards
RACE
