Given proper problem setup and TEM structures I find Ansoft Maxwell 2D
correlates very well to measurements and other tools. Given improper
setup... well...
Correlating HFSS is another story. It is sort of apples and oranges and
you need to make fruit juice. Hint: adjust for length assumptions and
compare test circuit performance.=20

Subject: [SI-LIST] The precision of Ansoft Maxwell 2D

Dear all

Is there anybody who has checked the precision of Ansoft Maxwell 2D? In
our work, it seems not very good. The results of Ansoft Maxwell 2D and
HFSS do not agree with each other. The result of HFSS agree with the
measurement result.

I use the legal license.

Best Regards
