Given proper problem setup and TEM structures I find Ansoft Maxwell 2D correlates very well to measurements and other tools. Given improper setup... well... Correlating HFSS is another story. It is sort of apples and oranges and you need to make fruit juice. Hint: adjust for length assumptions and compare test circuit performance.=20 ...
