If you need just probes, beyond of the home-made semirigid options,
you can buy miniature probes with somewhat flexible tips, so that it is
possible to land them reliably on small pads. You can look at the
Picoprobes from GGB Industries website at:

If you need positioners and complete probe stations as well, you
