Small diameter (.086 in.), or really small diameter (.047 in.)
semi-rigid (solid jacket), or semi-flex (tin dipped braid) coax with
SMA, or better connectors works pretty well.  Sweat the shield to
multi-via ground pads and keep the center conductor length as SHORT as
you can.
