Hello,
Amkor technology, INC has two openings for package signal integrity
Engineer positions.
As part of the Characterization and SI team, the successful candidates will
be responsible for time domain (TDR) and frequency domain (Network
analyzer) package measurements, 3-D modeling of electronic packages.
Model verification with measurements and guide package design group in
their high frequency/high speed package designs.
Candidates at all experience levels will be considered.
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical engineering is required.
