Manish,
I think you should spend more time at the library, and less time at the pub.
Other resources that can be tapped for solution to your problem are:
(1) your instructor
(2) the TA
(3) your textbook
(4) many, many, many hours of study
That's what we all did.
You can do it too, but you have to apply yourself to the task.

i  am stuck in Chapter 7 of Digital Design Principles of John Wakerly.
he was giving design principles using JK Flip flops and was minimizing
transition equations using K-maps.but he didnt explain how he got
transition/state equations solved using 1's along with dont cares where
there should have been dont cares only.
plz bail me out
