With all respect, this is a digital logic problem, and has absolutely
nothing to do with signal integrity. Not even slightly.
Some "off-topic" questions to this list pass as being vaguely related, but
this one is so far removed from the purpose of this list, that it simply
doesn't belong here.
Out of curiosity, why did you choose to ask your question in this list,
rather than seeking another forum that was even slightly related to your
topic? Did you think first?
