Madhu,
Questions of a deep PCB fab nature are best posed on a
forum like IPC's TechNet. Check www.ipc.org and go to
the on-line resources section (on the left). Then check
through the Email Forums.
Best of luck, I know that compensation for the materials
is a big issue and can be a limiting factor for complex
boards.
