Hey Norm,

For a 35 mm square, with only two rings around the die, I would think you are
looking at, approximately:

Signal:            3.50 mm (+0.5/-1 mm)
Inner ring:     1.25 mm (+0.25/-0.25 mm)
Outer ring:    2.00 mm  (+/- 0.25 mm)

Numbers change with the chip size, the above number should be okay for
something like an 8 mm sq. chip.
