One correction,
there is a slight advantage in dielectric loss of N4000-13 SI over
4000-13.
N4000-13 SI - lossTangent = 0.008 - 0.010
N4000-13 - loss Tangent = 0.009 - 0.012
SI-glass has slightly lower loss than normal S-glass used in most
laminates. However, this difference is minimal when compared to FR-4
which has a loss tangent of around 0.02 or higher. The advantage of SI
material is in its low Er, lower even than Rogers 4350B, and better
dielectric uniformity.
