My husband, Joe stopped smoking about 30 years ago. I was always around
cigarette smoke but never smoked myself. I really wanted him to quit. Then
we started to do a lot of boating, motorcycles & snowmobiles (always around
gas). Our first boat we had we had to blow out the fumes before we started
the engine so Joe said, "I think I'll quit smoking because mostly of our
hobbies, dogs, horse's & me." And he quit all by himself & never smoked
again. I was SO pleased.

I never bug anyone to stop smoking. when your time comes to stop you know
it. I had been trying to stop for a while. I was down to just lighting them
and taking a puff. Dam spendy habit that way :0) Anyway I had to come do a
walk through of the house in AZ in July. Lord it was hot and I was staying
at a friends house. I went out side and stood in a bucket of ice so I would
be cool enough to smoke. Anyone that says it isn't an addition has never
been out of gas and out of smokes at the same time. :0) So glad I got that
monkey off of my back!
