WOW.....I'm surprised that no one responded to your e-mail, Nancy.
One of the most incredible bitches I ever laid eyes on..........
GVX Am. Can. Ch Lynrik's Kristal............
Talk about winning BIS's..........
I remember the first time I saw her..........Portland Oregon in January.
We had the GSDCO specialty in conjunction with 3 AB shows at that time.
Entries well over 100 every day..........10 specials.
Kristal and Clayfields Allways a Lady.....and 8 male specials...........
One of the girls were going to win everyday and everyone knew it.
If I remember correctly, they split the shows .....2 each.
On that weekend, we had 1 specialty judge + Lew Harris (GSD breeder/AB
judge) + two AB judges.
A double ring, indoors on mats.
I mention all of this because there are still local folks ( in other
breeds) who remember the
excitement in the Shepherd Ring that cluster and Kristal, in particular.
