Do you remember who he showed before Manhatten? I know in specialty he
showed Lance, but who did he show in the all-breed rings?

I believe that Jimmy's mother bred and showed poodles (gawd ... I may be
wrong on the breed) and that he began in the all-breed ring but I mostly saw
him
at specialties when he was ohhh so very young. I saw him locally showing
GVx Tatta of Fran-Jo in the Open class at an all breed show - the judge was
Barbara Amidon who appreciated her movement even if Tatta was out of coat and
not very attractive at the time. I also remember him showing Eko-Lans Morgan
and sporting a pompadour with long sideburns (Hehehehehehe). At that time,
Lamar ruled the all breed shows - at least, he did in the East Coast.
