The By-laws state that any change to the standard of the GSD must be voted
on by the membership and must pass with 2/3rds vote of the members in good
standing who return their ballots. It must also be approved by the Board
of Directors of the AKC.

Isn't that what the board does? Didn't a board do that to make white
disqualifying? Didn't the board put termperament at the top of the
standard?
I that that is what the board did have the authority to do.
