Oh Jim, it DOES exist. Just ask any of us old farts. The problem is some
judges and exhibitors can't recognize it for what it is.

We were at the San Diego specialty some years ago, and Lealynn's Dark Secret
was in second place, open bitch. The judge was working them all, then set
the rest of the class aside and had the first two go around, after he had
moved out of the center of the ring to the side near where I was standing.
He sent the first dog, then told Secret's handler to hold up a bit, then
told them to go.
Secret so easily caught up to the other dog taking far fewer steps. Then he
stopped them and did it again. 3 times, then a fourth. I was getting
worried, when he turned and said to the handler, "Don't worry, I just like
to see her do it so easily!" Then she was put up front and he called the
class. She also finished that day.

Easy should not just be a "Secret!"
