Thank you for checking. I just found out the same thing from the only large
slaughterhouse I could find. They are not allowed to sell it to the public.
But, I also found a couple loopholes, I hope. They can try to send it to a
local restaurant or market. Or, I can have my vet write a letter stating it if
for my dog and not for human consumption. Fingers crossed that the inspector
buys off on this. At least they know where the pancreas is :-)

I am sorry i will not be able to help you find what you must have.
I feed raw and have asked the place i get my meat from about pancreas
their answer was that they are Fed. USDA inspected and can not sell it.
That is in Wisconsin she did say that state inspected may do so.
