Not sure where you are -- BUT -- local butchers who "butcher" cows do not
know
the different parts to these beasts. Laugh of the day - now I've heard
everything.
Your Vet or any Vet Tech should know the anatomy of all animals or they're
in
deep deep doo doo !! I LOVE IT, I really needed a laugh today.
Hope you will be able to find this elusive part soon for whatever reason.

anyone know where the pancreas is located in the cow? I need raw pancreas
and it seems that my local butchers don't know where it is to harvest it.
