I will respectfully disagree, I think the purpose is to maintain high
standards for that presentation.
Now, I'm not saying some re-assessment isn't in order(I know double
negative). I think I could support say, the eligibility of the top five
annual dogs in breed, and perhaps the top dog from another country.
