ROMs do not have to wait until they are seven. Mattie was entered in Parade of
greats at five as a ROM

Before a GrCH or a BIS is eligible for the POG they need to change the age
requirement from it's current 7 to a lesser age. I've said it once and I'll say
it again I think it's unfair to have an ROM wait till their seven to qualify.

I will respectfully disagree, I think the purpose is to maintain high
standards for that presentation.
Now, I'm not saying some re-assessment isn't in order(I know double
negative). I think I could support say, the eligibility of the top five
annual dogs in breed, and perhaps the top dog from another country.
