Thad, I have asked this before. Has the board contacted our insurance company to get their thoughts and feeling on these waiver's and where they support the idea or not. I have seen no answer to this question. I will not be in favor of waiver's until I here an answer to this one question, and what their response is. I do think that Incorporation as a Tax-exempt Corporation is a great idea. I can not see, in the near future, being able to hold a meeting that a speaker is not already scheduled. Having said that, while I'm certain that some parties would attend, I think we would be hard pressed to actually hold a business meeting (to which no speaker is present) that would have enough attendees to make a worthwhile event. This is not to say that I am not pondering the situation..... Thad
