[sac-forum] Call for Observations

Now is the time for submitting your observations, for publication in the SAC
newsletter. The constellation for consideration is Serpens. For details on
the objects see page 5 of this months newsletter.
So far I have observations from Joe Goss and Dan Gruber. That's not enough for
the column and I'll have to use some of my observations - unless I get more
from ya'll.
