Rich, as I indicated a few days go, send an e-mail to 
sac-forum-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe with the subject 
"unsubscribe" without the double quotes.

You can also go to the SAC web site at 
http://www.saguaroastro.org/content/DiscussionLists.htm and get this same 
information.
