Paul,

Looks good, but I don't recall the bylaws showing discounts for renewing
members, only new members. Also If you could use the font I use in the
newsletter , I'd prefer it. Call me anal but I like to keep a consistant
look. Not to mention the extra font will increase file size. I'll send you
the font under seperate cover.
