Regarding flash with the Rollei 35S -- I have foud the Nikon SB-30 to be the
ideal flash to use. It is small, light and slips into the hotshoe. It
provides 4 f-stops to choose from for either ASA 100 or 400 film, as well as
manual full, 1/8th, and 1/32nd power. It also provides full TTL service on
my Nikons (even infrared tripping opf a wireless slave), but that's another
matter.
