Maurice, it is for the SL66. It has two bayonet lugs, one behind the other,
per sector. As Carlos says it was not have been made by Rollei (Rollei have
red dots anyway) so, it could be Questar or if it is for telescopes in
general, there may well be a company that makes them for general use.
Equally, it may have been made by a company like http://www.srb-griturn.com/
in the UK as a one-off.
