[rodgersorgan] Postlude Suggestions

Since we purchased our 805, my wife has started playing in the church rotation!
Now we are scrambling around looking for accessable material.
Any suggestions for some uplifting, interesting postludes accessable to a
non-professional?
As a point of reference, she plays Bach's little Prelude in C great but isn't
ready to tackle Lemmon's "Fanfare".
We are still in the library building stage.
