I think most people are just proposing a regular ROCstock set-up, plus a
model rocket launch set-up on the side (youth group launch area). How far
this other set-up would be from the center of the regular range I don't
know (the Goldilocks zone?). I think the separate area would have a flag
line around the parameter, so that it would be clearly defined. Also, i
don't think anyone has proposed how many pads would be within this area.
Where would the controller for the pads within the new model rocket area
come from?

*We don't want to get too far off the central discussion. Is having
two large launches, June ROCstock and ROCtober supported by the membership
- or not? Maybe what I'm getting from this discussion is "Yes" but only if
we have a separate youth group launch area?*
