[real-eyes] Windows explorer crashing on Dell D520 Lattitude

Hi guys. Haven't tried this step yet but, wanted a second opinion on this. 
Reg? I'm not saying your wrong in anyway, I want to make sure this is ok 
before I damage my computer and lose stuff. That's all. You will see the
