Never tell anybody or any company or group that you are going to sue them or take them to court. That can be used against you later on to show that you are lawsuit happy and that your intentions may not be what you are presenting, even if you were wronged and have a good basis for your suit or action. I and others have been guilty of using that phrase from time to time but its just best to call them a sillyhead and walk away. If those words ever need to be used, let your lawyer use them.
