[pure-silver] Sending Attachments to the List

One of the rules of this list is not to send attachments. Many mailing lists have this rule because some members are still on slow dial-up connections or have other problems with large files. A very large one was sent recently. I have changed a setting on the list machine at Freelists to strip off attachments of all types. I do not beleive this should have any effect on text but it might remove emoticons. I urge all subscribers to Pure-Silver to set up their mail clients to send standard plain text to the list. Also, if possible on your client, please set it not to send quoted-printable to the list.
